Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2018 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the 2018 International Mechanical Code (IMC). Additional reference standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be submitted to the Building Division for review: a.
