Natural Environment:The proposed project and design shall meet the requirements of the <br /> Environmentally Sensitive Area Regulations(Chapter 37 Critical Areas)of the Everett Zoning Code <br /> and Title 20 of Everett Municipal Code(Environmental Policies),and the State Environmental Policy <br /> Act,WAC 197.11. <br /> Findings:The subject property has been mapped as containing"medium" landslide hazards.A <br /> geological assessment by Nelson Geotechnical Associates,Inc.was conducted,and a memorandum <br /> was provided(dated July 16,2020).The report concluded that that the site contains no geologic <br /> hazards and the potential for deep seated sliding should be considered low. <br /> Per the categorical exemption levels of the State Environmental Policy Act adopted by the City of <br /> Everett a SEPA review is not required.The project complies with SEPA and the Critical Area <br /> regulations. <br /> 6.
