Provide "Redundant and Fail-safe Product Control Measures." <br /> Complete Form 9.4 to ensure compliance. <br /> 3. Institute other technical measures such as installing gas and flame <br /> detectors (connected to facility shutdown systems), sounding alarm <br /> outside facility premises, etc. <br /> 4. Institute administrative controls such as additional training for <br /> personnel, more frequent inspections of hoses and transfer piping, etc. <br /> If the entry number in column E ("Yes"), Form 9.2 corresponding to Form <br /> 7.2 is greater than zero, consider one or more of the following design <br /> alternatives: <br /> 1.
