Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Jack Adams – Project Analyst <br /> <br /> 2 years of experience in utility rate setting, including revenue <br />requirements, cost of service, and rate design. <br /> Has worked several similar projects such as the King County Stormwater <br />Rate Design Study <br /> Proficient in working with Microsoft products like Excel and Word <br /> <br /> <br />To assist in Tasks outlined in the scope of services, engineering assistance will be necessary. <br />HDR wastewater engineering staff will be collaborated with to assist in reviewing and <br />developing components for each of the tasks. <br /> <br />Should other individuals be required for the City’s Study, HDR has a number of other highly <br />qualified financial, planning, and engineering individuals available to meet any specific technical <br />need associated with this study. <br />Summary <br />This section of HDR’s proposal has provided an overview of the proposed project team <br />organization for the City’s Study. <br />Project Time Schedule <br />Introduction <br />Based on the scope of service developed, a project time schedule can be developed. <br />Project Time Schedule <br />HDR’s estimated project time schedule is, in part, driven by and based upon the availability of <br />data, the ability to schedule internal project meetings in a timely manner, and work with City <br />staff to develop the study final recommendations. Based upon our experience working with the <br />City, along with the complexity of these studies, the rate study is expected to be completed by <br />the end of 2026. <br />Summary <br />The estimated schedule is based upon the previously discussed scope of work. Given an <br />agreed upon scope of work, HDR will work with the City to establish a final project time <br />schedule which meets the City’s scheduling requirements. <br /> <br />
