In eves <br /> • case,crew will paint entire vent assembly to match the and best protect against future rusting. <br /> -FASTENERS:We will install your roof system to high wind specifications using Hot Dipped Galvanized steel nails. <br /> Shorter nails can be used in the eave areas,but the nails mustpenetrate the roof deck to uphold the warranty. <br /> Thick Ridges/Hips X -ATTIC VENTILATION:We will install Cor-A-Vent V-300 ridgevent to <br /> all ridges of the home for maximum airflow. <br /> 6� Thin/ -RIDGE CAP:We will install Certainteed Shadow Ridge to all hips and <br /> Cracking ridges. This ridgecap material adds a beautiful look to the finished <br /> roof,and greater life to the critical hip and ridge line areas. <br /> -SAFETY ANCHORS:We will install permanent safety anchors in key locations on your roof <br /> and paint to blend in. <br /> -CLEAN UP:At Elite we take pride in our clean up standards. We remove all material and debris from the grounds <br /> daily and clean up. Upon job completion we will completely remove all debris from your roof,gutters,and property. <br /> We will then fully blow off,sweep,rake and magnetically roll all affected areas of the project. During the tear off <br /> mimimal amounts of debris may get into attic areas. It is the homeowners responsibility to prep and clean these areas. <br /> -PLANTS,SHRUBBERY,AND ALL PERSONAL ITEMS: Due to the nature of tear off procedures,debris can fall <br /> off the roof at any time. We will take all precautions necessary to protect the plants from damage,but the <br /> owner is fully responsible for the removal of all objects under,near or around the roofline. Please help us by <br /> removing everything around your house,so there will be no problems. <br /> -SAFETY:At Elite,we uphold a very strict safety policy. On all roofs that will need tie in points for <br /> safety ropes, we will install permanent OSHA approved roof anchor systems. <br /> -UNFORESEEN WORK ADDITIONS:Although we try to analyse the job completely beforehand,Elite <br /> may have to discuss additional work change orders,which may include but are not limited to:Additional layers of <br /> old roofing not included in price, damaged and/or delaminated plywood,replacement of faulty skylights,rot or <br /> other structural or non structural work that is necessary for the completion of the roof installation. All extra work <br /> will be charged on a time and materials basis at a rate of$65 per hour plus material costs. All charges will be <br /> added to the final invoice upon completion.
