Owner will have to contact the proper agency to <br /> adjust,tune in,and/or re wire as is necessary. <br /> -ADEQUATE POWER: During the roof installation process,we need adequate power sources to run compressers <br /> and the necessary tools. 20 Amps is a minimum requirement,and we may need access to your service panel. Please <br /> let us know ahead of time if you think there will be a problem. <br /> -ACCESSIBILITY: Our dumpster containers used to dispose of the old roofing material usually need to be dropped <br /> in the driveway or the closest acess point to the roof. You may need to reserve this location for the dumpster for <br /> as much time as is needed to remove the roof. We will discuss the best placemant locations with you prior to the <br /> start date. Heavy equipment must be in and out of the driveway for material load,staging and dumpster. We <br /> will take necessary precautions,but Elite,our suppliers and container company are not responsible for any <br /> damages caused during the process. <br /> -SIGNAGE: We hope you would not oppose to Elite posting a modest sized sign at your residence <br /> during the roofing process. It is nice to let others know who is working in the neighborhood. <br /> -DRUG FREE COMPANY: Just to have you feel safe about who is working at your home,we make sure that all <br /> employees are drug free employees at Elite Roofing&Remodel. <br /> -PERMITS: The price of the permit,if needed,will be added to the final invoice. <br /> -TERMS OF PAYMENT: A deposit of 20%will be due upon signing of the contract.The remaining balance is <br /> due,in full within 2 weeks upon completion of the project as outlined above. A retainer of 5%or$500.00, <br /> whichever is greater,may be withheld pending the completion of any pick list items noted at the final inspection. <br /> A 3%monthly fee will be charged to all late payments unless prior arrangements have been made.
