Construction Stormwater Best Management Practices <br />(BMPs) (2.0) <br />The SWPPP is a living document reflecting current conditions and changes throughout the life <br />of the project. These changes may be informal (i.e. hand-written notes and deletions). Update <br />the SWPPP when the CESCL has noted a deficiency in BMPs or deviation from original design. <br />The 13 Elements (2.1) <br />Element 1: Preserve Vegetation / Mark Clearing Limits (2.1.1) <br />List and describe BMPs: BMP C103, High Visibility Plastic or Metal Fencing: This <br />fencing will be used to mark the limits of clearing to help prevent excessive removal of <br />existing improvements. <br />Installation Schedules: Installed prior to major sitework beginning. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Inspect the area frequently to make sure that fencing is in <br />place, is visible, and is undamaged. Replace damaged fencing immediately. <br />Responsible Staff: CESCL and Contractor <br />
