Element 2: Establish Construction Access (2.1.2) <br />List and describe BMPs: BMP C105, Stabilized Construction Entrance and Tire Wash: <br />Construction access will be taken from Broadway. The access will be stabilized with rock. <br />BMP C107, Construction Road/Parking Area Stabilization: The staging area will be <br />stabilized with rock (pulverized concrete). Foundations and walkways will be stabilized <br />with the base course of rock. <br />Installation Schedules: The construction entrance/exit will be graded and installed after the <br />clearing limits are marked and the initial clearing is completed. Stabilization of the parking area <br />will occur after subgrade is graded. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Follow the maintenance standards listed under the BMPs in <br />the drainage manual. If the exit does not keep sediment from being tracked onto the street, <br />repair the entrance or change methods under the direction of the CESCL. Implement street <br />sweeping to remove sediment from off -site streets. <br />Responsible Staff: CESCL and contractor <br />
