Element 3: Control Flow Rates (2.1.3) <br />Will you construct stormwater retention and/or detention facilities? <br />No <br />Will you use permanent infiltration ponds or other low impact development (example: rain <br />gardens, bio-retention, porous pavement) to control flow during construction? <br />No <br />Control of flow rates will not be an immediate threat with the demolition of impervious <br />surfaces. The site will not see a large increase in impervious and drains to the <br />combined sewer which is under a different set of flow control requirements.
