Element 4: Install Sediment Controls (2.1.4) <br />List and describe BMPs: BMP C233, Silt Fence: <br />Silt fence will be installed along the back of the existing Broadway sidewalk to control <br />sediment. The site is expected to quickly be stabilized as the excavation and placement <br />of rock for foundations will occur early in the process. Shallow swales will be used <br />Installation Schedules: The silt fence will be installed prior to mass grading. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Maintenance measures for Silt fence is included in the BMP <br />description in the Drainage Manual. <br />Responsible Staff: CESCL and Contractor <br />
