September 3, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-46 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Riverpoint Outfalls <br />Replacement,” Fund 336, Program 049 <br /> <br /> <br />BRIEFING AND PROPOSED ACTION ITEM: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-47 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2025 revised City of Everett budget <br />and amending Ordinance No. 4099-25 <br /> <br />Presented by Heide Brillantes and Jaimeelee Graves, Finance <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Heide Brillantes and Jamielee Graves answering Council questions. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - PORT GARNDER STORAGE FACILITY PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Ryan Sass, Public Works, provided several remarks and thanks to the negotiators in their work in <br />this Project Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: John Lehman and Bryan Johnson <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Fosse, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to authorize the Mayor <br />to sign the Project Labor Agreement for the Port Gardner Storage Facility. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except President Schwab who was excused.
