September 3, 2025 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER VERIFICATION PROGRAM SERVICES <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Bader, to authorize the Mayor <br />to sign all necessary documents and agreements with Snohomish County regarding the sex <br />offender address and residency verification program services, allowing the Everett Police <br />Department to accept and utilize the funds in the amount of $101,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except President Schwab who was excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-45 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement project, entitled “Municipal Court Access <br />Control Installation Project,” Fund 342, Program 053, to accumulate all costs for the <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Bader, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2508-45. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES: Bader, Rhyne, Vogeli, Fosse, Tuohy, Zarlingo <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: Schwab <br /> <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4110-25 adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Council recessed to the Executive Session at 7:04 p.m. The Executive Session began at 7:05 p.m. <br />and ended at 7:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 7:12 p.m.
