Upper <br /> floor and basement finish work will be completed. <br /> PHASE III General Description (2012 to 2013) <br /> This phase will address the house exterior. The aluminum siding will be removed. <br /> Siding will be repaired or replaced as required. Window trim will be replaced. The front <br /> porch will be repaired. The entire house exterior will be painted. The deck will be <br /> replaced <br /> PHASE I Detailed Chronological Description <br /> Excavation Work <br /> The excavation of concrete, landscaping,trenching, deck removal, concrete disposal and <br /> preparation for cement pouring will be done by Jack Kerrens, (425)345-6944. The <br /> following work will be done: <br /> 1.) The existing deck will be dismantled and removed. The deck will be replaced by <br /> owner. Removing the deck will improve access for concrete removal from basement. <br /> 2.) Landscaping, including removal of stumps, bushes and leveling back yard. <br /> 2.) The concrete car port concrete will be excavated and disposed.. <br /> 3.) Approximately half of the basement concrete floor will be excavated and disposed. <br /> Dirt will be removed down to the bottom of the foundation to allow a maximum possible <br /> ceiling height in the basement. <br /> 4.) A trench will be dug from the garage to the house for underground electrical service. <br /> 5.) Areas in the basement, car port, sidewalks, steps, and retaining walls will be prepared <br /> for concrete pouring. <br /> 6.) In accordance with West Coast Structural Engineering specifications, a trench will be <br /> dug inside the basement to provide a concrete foundation for the new central beam. <br /> Plumbing Work, Stage 1 <br /> After the concrete floor excavation in the basement and floor leveling, Setter Plumbing <br /> will accomplish the following before concrete is poured: <br /> 1.) Replace water line from Water Main to house and replace main valve in basement. <br /> 2.) Install new basement bathroom shower drain and plumbing. <br /> 3.) Install new basement bathroom toilet drain and plumbing. <br /> 4.) Install new basement bathroom sink drain and plumbing. <br /> 5.) Install new Utility Closet sink drain and plumbing. <br /> 6.) Install new Hot water heater drain and plumbing. <br /> 7.) Install Patio Storm water drain in existing drain location. Currently,this drain is used <br /> by a main floor toilet, which will be removed and not replaced. <br /> 8.) Install a back yard water supply line under the car port concrete. <br /> 9.) Install new Laundry Washer drain. <br /> 10.) Install a Sewer Line clean out in basement. <br /> The existing vertical cast iron sewer lines from the main floor to the basement may need <br /> to be replaced by Setzer plumbing. <br /> 2 <br /> __ <br />
