Additionally, sheet A1.01 -Arch Site <br /> Plan has been updated to show the future electric vehicle charging parking spaces and <br /> locations of pull boxes. <br /> The total number of parking spaces within the limits of work is 294 spaces. 15 parking <br /> spaces will be provided with infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging which <br /> represents 5.1%of the total number of parking stalls. <br /> Correction #2. <br /> On Sheet A0.03, it appears that proposed 1-hour fire-rated wall assemblies of 1.1, 2.1, and <br /> 5.0 are missing the GA Assembly reference number. Please clarify or provide a catalog <br /> reference number such that the proposed construction demonstrates compliance with <br /> ASTM El 19 or UL 263. IBC 703.2. <br /> Response: <br /> Wall types sheets A0.03 and A0.04 have been updated to include the UL number for each <br /> jrated wall assembly type in accordance with UL 263. <br /> Correction #3. <br /> On Sheet A4.11, the total stall count is seven in the gender-neutral water closet spaces <br /> and it appears that an ambulatory stall configuration is required given the total number of <br /> stalls is greater than six. Please verify and revise drawings as required. IBC 1109.2.2. <br /> Response: <br /> The plans,sheets A2.21 A, A2.23A, A4.11, have been updated to show an ambulatory stall <br /> at the gender-neutral water closets on both the first and third floors. Additionally, sheet <br /> A4.01 -Standard Mounting Heights was updated to include mounting heights and <br /> dimensions for the ambulatory stalls. <br /> Correction #4. <br /> On Sheet T1.02, the provision of IBC 707.12 appears to be referring to 2-story openings. <br /> Please clarify that this is referring to IBC 712.1.9 for 2-story openings. Also, if the <br /> requirements of IBC 712.1.9 are not being implemented, o1rium enclosure construction of <br /> IBC 404.6 would appear to apply for space created th;ough the open stairways between <br /> the first and second floor and the second and third floor. Please clarify if Exception 1 of the <br /> IBC 404.6 is being proposed to address atrium enclosure requirements in lieu of the fire <br /> barrier requirements. If so, please indicate on plans the notes for self-closing/ automatic <br /> doors for 2SC and 3SC and indicate via details or plan ;;rtes for the glass enclosure to be <br /> installed in a gasketed frame to accommodate deflec! ons without breaking, as well as <br /> notes for fire sprinklers with special detailing requiremer,s meeting the exception.
