September 2025 Page 6 of 8 Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. • The pre-construction meeting will be attended by the Consultant project manager and up to ten (10) project team members. Duration of the pre-construction conference is assumed to be four (4) hours, including effort for meeting preparation by each attendee, travel time to and from the site, onsite activities, and associated meeting summary activities. • An allowance of 176 hours is provided for the Consultants internal coordination meetings. • Consultant will attend up to fourteen (14) construction meetings. Attendance at the meetings is assumed to be seven (7) meetings via phone/video conference and seven (7) meetings attended in person. Construction meetings will be attended by the Consultant project manager and up to three (3) project team members. Duration of the construction meetings are assumed to be one (1) hour plus travel time for meetings attended in person. • Up to sixteen (16) construction site visits will be conducted during the duration of construction activities. Site visits will be attended by one (1) project team member. Duration of the site visit and associated activities is assumed to be four (4) hours, including effort for meeting preparation by each attendee, travel time to and from the meeting, and associated meeting summary activities. • Review up to two hundred forty (240) technical action submittals, including resubmittals. All submittals will generally be reviewed within two (2) weeks. Action submittal reviews are assumed to require six (6) hours per submittal and two (2) hours per resubmittal. • Review up to two hundred thirty (233) technical informational submittals. Informational submittals will be filed and briefly reviewed for compliance. Informational submittal reviews are assumed to require (2) hours per submittal. • An allowance has been provided to address written responses to sixty (60) RFI’s at six (6) hrs each and thirty (30) Change Orders at ten (10) hours each. • A two hundred and fifty (250) hours allowance has been provided to address Miscellaneous requests from the City. • City will prepare record drawings. • Consultant will provide forty (40) hours of on-site Structural field monitoring/inspection of the shoring installation, excavation work, structure installation. • Consultant will provide one hundred and twenty (120) hours of on-site geotechnical field monitoring/inspection of the shoring installation and excavation work. Activities: 1. Pre-Construction Meeting. The Consultant team will attend the pre-construction meeting and follow up with internal teams call. 2. Submittal Review. The Consultant will review submittals as selected by the City, with a total level of effort limited by the budget herein. Assumes Consultant will review the majority of the Action and Informational submittals listed in the specifications. 3. RFI, Change Orders, and Miscellaneous Review. The Consultant will respond to RFI and Change Orders as selected by the City, with a total level of effort limited by the budget included herein. 4. Internal Coordination meetings. The Consultant will hold monthly internal coordination meetings to keep the project team abreast of the current project status.
