Activities: • The Consultant will prepare construction plans and specifications incorporating changes related to the items listed in Section 3. • Update Division 00 specification sections to accommodate recent state and city policies updates. • Attended approximately 10 weekly coordination meetings with PSE to develop plan to address utility conflict. • Ongoing coordination with SnoPUD to accommodate PUD utility relocations. • The Consultant will submit final documents for bidding. Deliverables: • Deliver design coordination drawings for PSE and SnoPUD. • Four updates to Division 00 specification sections. • Drawing and specification updates to 100% design to incorporate design change for addition of ATS. • Drawing and specification updates to 100% design to incorporate design change for realigning conveyance to avoid utility conflict with PSE gas. • Drawing and specification updates to 100% design to incorporate minor design changes to accommodate SnoPUD utility relocations. Subtask 2440P – Issue for Bid Documents - Pacific Avenue The Consultant will revise the previously prepared 100 percent pre-bid review documents to the final stage of design completion, including incorporating comments and design changes from third party stakeholders. The Consultant will also continue coordination with BNSF for obtaining a temporary shoring permit. Assumptions: • See Subsection 2, “Assumptions for Amendment No. 3” in front of this document.
