Drawing updates to 100% design to incorporate design change for lengthening casing, per WSDOT request. BNSF Shoring Design and Permit not covered under previous Amendments: 1. Develop track settlement monitoring plan. 2. Revised drawing and calculation package addressing pre-submittal comments. Task 2500 – WSDOT Coordination The Consultant will continue to support the completion of Utility and Franchise applications and provide the City with assistance in related coordination with WSDOT, as requested. Activities: • Additional coordination with WSDOT including reformatting the previously submitted Variance request to WSDOT’s newly provided format. • Coordination with WSDOT beyond previously scoped work, including addressing multiple rounds of comments to address comments from WSDOT CTCO (headquarters), and reformatting documents for FHWA review. • Wrote summary of backup documentation and revised figures at WSDOT's request for submittal with Variance Request form. Deliverables: • Revised Variance Request form and summary of backup documentation, per WSDOT request. • Wrote Summary of backup documentation and revised figures at WSDOT’s request for submittal with Variance Request form. Task 3100 – Engineering Services During Construction – CSO Storage Assumptions: • Construction is anticipated to commence in December 2025 and be complete in December 2027. • Project closeout work is assumed to extend 2 months beyond the completion of construction. • The City will be responsible for leading Construction Management Services, including providing staff for onsite inspection and management as well as for facilitating document handling. The City will distribute to the Consultant documents for review and response, and the Consultant will post materials reviewed by the Consultant to a City-hosted Autodesk Build site (or other City designed Construction Management Software) for construction document management. • Due to the potential for changing requirements of this task, budget for this task is considered an allowance and work will be limited to the extent of the budget shown in Exhibit B. Should the City require additional assistance to complete the work, budget can be authorized by the City by a future amendment or new contract.
