Contractor shall conduct a like meeting covering the same body of information with each Subcontractor prior to <br />the performance of any work on site by that Subcontractor. Contractor shall preside over, conduct, record these <br />minutes, and distribute. <br />1.02 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS MEETINGS <br />A. Progress meetings will occur every other week. <br />B. Meeting Locations: Contractor's project field office, unless otherwise agreed. <br />C. Attendance is required of the following: <br />1. Owner's Representative(s) <br />2. Contractor's Superintendent and Project Manager <br />3. Architect <br />4. Major Subcontractors (as requested) <br />5. A/E consultants (as requested) <br />6. Others, as requested. <br />D. Architect will: <br />1. Preside, conduct meeting, and publish agenda in advance. <br />2. Record, reproduce, and distribute copies of minutes within two business days of meeting to all meeting <br />participants. <br />E. Agenda: Discussion will pertain to detailed information, such as: <br />1. Contract Status <br />a. Change Orders <br />b. CCD's <br />C. Pay Applications <br />d. Principal and Community Items <br />r <br />2. Urgent Issues <br />a. Limited to matters needing immediate attention requiring input for all attendees. <br />3. Schedule <br />a. Master Schedule <br />b. Short Interval Schedule <br />C. Recovery Schedule <br />4. Quality Control <br />a. School Personnel issues <br />b. Neighborhood issues <br />C. Testing agencies <br />d. School District Maintenance Inspections <br />e. Painting, roofing, or other specialty inspection <br />f. City Inspections <br />g.
