These meetings will be held prior to beginning work on each major feature of Work as part of the regular <br />__. • progress meeting or as a separate meeting, as agreed. Notify Owner's Representative at least seven (7) days in <br />advance of each pre -installation meeting. <br />B. Meetings: <br />a. Mechanical systems <br />b. Electrical systems; <br />C. Fire alarm and Detection Systems; and <br />d. Other items as identified by Owner <br />C. Attendees: <br />1. A/E and A/E's consultants, as appropriate; <br />2. Owner's Representative; <br />3. Contractor's Superintendent and Project Manager; <br />" 4. Subcontractors, as appropriate; <br />5. Foreman supervising work; and <br />6. Others, as appropriate. <br />D. Work Plan: Develop a work plan for each definable segment of Work. Complete the Work Plan prior to the <br />pre -installation meeting and this shall serve as the basis for discussion and contract compliance. Include a <br />review of contract requirements to assure that materials and equipment delivered and assembled for construction <br />- conform to contract requirements and that control testing, including procedures, are finalized.
