Submittals — Review status of approval and contract requirements; <br />2. Materials - available and ready for use; <br />3. Persons responsible for work; <br />4. Tests - required tests, who samples and how often? Criteria for performance of work; <br />5. Safety; <br />6. Substrate - criteria for approving substrate. <br />7. Others as appropriate <br />F. Contractor will preside over meeting and record, reproduce, and distribute copies of minutes prior to the next <br />meeting or within two days of each meeting to all meeting participants. <br />1.04 CONTRACTOR'S COORDINATION MEETINGS <br />A. Contractor shall hold weekly coordination meetings with his subcontractors and suppliers for coordination of the <br />Work. Meetings shall be held on -site. Owner and Architect may attend. <br />B. Contractor's Coordination Meetings are in addition to meetings held for other purposes such as weekly <br />Construction Progress Meetings or CQC Pre -installation Meetings. <br />C.
