"Provide as Noted": During review, the Architect noted deviations from the design intent expressed in the <br />contract documents. Changes or correction to eliminate those deviations have been noted on the returned <br />submittal. Contractor is to provide the submitted product or system with noted corrections <br />incorporated. No additional submittal is required. <br />3. "Revise as Noted and Resubmit": During review, the Architect noted deviations from the design intent <br />expressed in the contract documents. Changes or correction to eliminate those deviations have been noted <br />on the returned submittal. Contractor shall make corrections to submittal as noted and resubmit for <br />additional review by Architect. <br />4. "Rejected": Either submitted product or systems does not meet requirements of contract documents <br />and Contractor shall submit alternate product or system which does meet the requirements of the contract <br />documents or, the submittal is not sufficiently complete or does not sufficiently address the requirements <br />of the contract documents to allow review. <br />5. Do not permit submittals marked "Revise as Noted and Resubmit" or "Rejected" to be used at the Project <br />site, or elsewhere where Work is in progress. <br />C. Architect will return submittal by Architect Newforma InfoExchange site. <br />3.07 COLOR SELECTIONS <br />A. All samples required for color/finish selection or verification are required to be coordinated with one <br />another. Samples submitted for this purpose will be reviewed in groups as noted below to allow for <br />coordination. No samples will be reviewed until all samples for a given group have been received. Missing <br />items will delay the selection process and all delays will be responsibility of the contractor. No additional time <br />or extensions will be allowed due the delay of submitting required submittals. <br />1. Architectural interior finishes. <br />2. Electrical items and fixtures. <br />3. Mechanical items and fixtures. <br />B. Allow 14 calendar days for selection of colors by the Owner and the Architect from the date that a complete <br />selection group is received by the Architect. <br />C.
