Sno-Isle TECH 2O23 Small Works <br />2120.000 <br />CONSTRUCTION CHANGE DIRECTIVE: OOX <br />CONTRACT MODIFICATION: <br />In order to expedite the Work and avoid delays, the Contractor is hereby directed to make the following change(s) in this <br />Contract: <br />1. Description of Item to be changed. <br />2 <br />Reference: <br />Attachments: <br />PROPOSED CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS: <br />The Contract Sum or Guaranteed Maximum Price will be adjusted on following basis: <br />❑ Lump Sum (increase) (decrease) of: <br />❑ As provided in Article 7 of the General Conditions or, <br />❑ As follows: Time and Materials: <br />The Contract Time will: <br />❑ Remain unchanged; <br />❑ (increase) (decrease) by days or; <br />❑ be adjusted as provided in Article 8 of the General Conditions. <br />When issued by the Architect and approved by the Owner, this document shall serve as authorization to proceed with the <br />Work as described above. The Contractor shall proceed IMMEDIATELY.
