WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />6 <br /> <br /> The Field Work Safety Plan will follow standard template and will direct the design team <br />to follow procedures for site access. <br /> Project kickoff meeting attendance and development of meeting notes will be completed <br />under Phase 400 Task 403. <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Coordinate attendance at regular PM meetings. <br /> Review monthly status reports and supporting project documentation for invoice and <br />payment approval. <br />Meetings <br /> Project kickoff meeting <br /> Weekly PM calls for the assumed full two year duration of the design project. <br />Work Products <br /> PMP, draft and final <br /> Field Work Safety Plan <br /> Project logs documenting key activities, decisions, and risks <br /> Monthly progress reports and invoices <br /> PCRs, as necessary <br /> Brief meeting agendas and notes for weekly calls <br />Deliverables <br /> Submittal of updated project logs, as needed, to support key activities and decisions (risk <br />register, action/issue/decision logs) <br /> Monthly progress reports and invoices <br />Task 120 Site Visits and Reimbursable Expenses <br />Objective: Perform site visits at the WPCF to review the existing site conditions and headworks <br />structure and meet with the operations staff to inform project approaches and design criteria, <br />including alternatives, equipment selection, layout, and sizing. <br />Activities/Approach <br /> Conduct site visits at the WPCF for key staff to review and verify field conditions and discuss <br />plant operations. <br /> Attend select in-person workshops as noted in Phase 400, Task 403. <br /> Reimburse project expenses, including mileage, travel, and other general project expenses <br />such as printing or field supplies. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> This task covers both time and expenses for completing site visits. <br /> Four, 4-hour site visits to the WPCF will be conducted during the course of the design project. <br />The goals of each site visit will be coordinated between the City and the design team as <br />needed to facilitate project work. <br /> Each site visit will be limited to seven staff members.
