WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />8 <br /> <br /> Develop a Construction Quality Assurance Plans for the site preparation package and <br />headworks construction. <br /> Develop a draft Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the site preparation package and <br />headworks construction. <br /> Coordinate with permitting subconsultant as needed following project input from Ecology. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The City will serve as the primary point of contact for Ecology, which includes leading the <br />organization and coordination of meetings and submitting project deliverables to Ecology. <br /> This phase includes developing Ecology submittals, including narrative responses to Ecology <br />review comments. The design documents will be updated per Ecology review comments in <br />final design review <br />comments will be addressed under Phase 750 Bid Documents. <br /> No formal permit applications will be prepared under this task; support is limited to <br />coordination and planning. State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and other environmental <br />related permitting activities will be performed under Phase 300. <br /> The draft SWPPPs will be prepared by BC and is assumed to be adopted and employed by <br />the GC/CM following NTP. <br /> Any technical studies or modeling required by Ecology will be scoped separately. <br /> BC will prepare meeting materials as coordinated with the City. <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Serve as the primary point of contact with Ecology. <br /> Review and comment on draft materials before submission to Ecology. <br /> Lead formal submittals to Ecology, with BC support as needed. <br />Meetings <br /> This task includes six 1-hour meetings with Ecology.
