WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />9 <br /> <br />o Headworks Design Package <br /> Construction Quality Assurance Plans <br />o Site Preparation Package <br />o Headworks Design Package <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans <br />o Site Preparation Package <br />o Headworks Design Package <br />Task 140 Stakeholder Coordination <br />Objective: The headworks replacement project will involve engaging with multiple jurisdictions and <br />property interests. This task includes coordination activities required to support the successful <br />planning, design, and implementation of the project, including communication, issue resolution, and <br />alignment among all stakeholders. Project stakeholders include Snohomish County Public Utility <br />District, Snohomish County FEMA, City of Everett Real Property Management, BNSF Railway, private <br />property owners, and the City of Everett. <br />Activities/Approach <br /> Identify project stakeholders and establish primary points of contact. Determine whether BC <br />or the City will serve as the lead agency in stakeholder coordination. <br /> Schedule and attend stakeholder coordination meetings as needed. Develop meeting <br />materials, including an agenda and PowerPoint slides as needed to support the meeting <br />objectives. <br /> Document stakeholder concerns, coordination requirements, and critical success factors. <br />Integrate these requirements into the project schedule, action items, and design as needed <br />to achieve resolution. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> This task identifies project stakeholders and establishes a precedence for stakeholder <br />engagement. The scope of work, including work products and deliverables, remains <br />undefined during this phase of work. All activities completed under this task shall be at the <br />discretion of the City. The level of effort shall not exceed the budgeted amount provided in <br />Exhibit B without prior authorization by the City and concurrent PCR. <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Lead stakeholder coordination and contacts determined between BC and the City. <br />Meetings <br /> The level of effort for this task assumes six stakeholder coordination meetings attended by <br />four BC staff for a duration of 2 hours per meeting. <br />Work Products <br /> Meeting agendas, presentation materials, and notes <br />Deliverables <br /> To be determined
