WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />14 <br /> <br /> Provide RFP and RFPP application content. <br /> The City will provide direction on and review the draft GC/CM contract developed by BC on <br />behalf of the City. The City will solely determine the final form and content of its contract that <br />is to be issued as part of the RFQ and subsequent RFPP. <br /> The City will provide input and direction regarding the development of the draft contract. <br /> The City will develop the final GC/CM Contract following submittal of the draft contract. <br />Meetings <br /> Application material review meetings: BC shall participate in one 1-hour virtual meeting <br />attended by up to three BC team members. <br /> PRC meeting: BC shall participate in one virtual PRC meeting. The meeting is assumed to be <br />2 hours in duration and attended by up to four BC team members. <br /> Four pre-RFP meetings up to two hours each. <br /> Three 4 hours meetings with short listed GC/CM candidates <br />Work Products <br /> Meeting agenda, notes, and presentation materials <br />Deliverables <br /> Draft and final PRC application materials <br /> Draft RFP <br /> Draft RFPP <br /> Input on draft GC/CM scope of services <br />Phase 200 Design Management <br />Phase 200 focuses on managing the design process to provide high quality design documents that <br />align with City standards and preferences. Led by the Design Manager, this phase includes <br />coordination across disciplines, regular team meetings, City workshops, and documentation and <br />resolution of design issues. This phase also includes establishing project BIM/CAD standards under <br />Task 220. <br />Task 210 Design Management <br />Objective: The objective of this phase is to manage and direct the design process so that the <br />products of the design effort are contract documents suitable for construction that reflect the City <br />standards and preferences. The design process will be managed to provide complete, coordinated, <br />and consistent designs between facilities and disciplines. <br />Activities/Approach <br />The Design Manager will lead this effort and will actively lead the design process through regular <br />meetings with the design team. This phase will also support the coordination of the project design <br />with the City through monthly workshops. A project issues log will be developed and maintained by <br />the Design Manager to manage identification of design issues and their resolutions. This phase <br />includes the following activities: <br />General Design Management <br /> Develop a Quality Management Plan (QMP) as part of the overall PMP, identifying the <br />protocols and procedures being deployed on the project for quality assurance and quality
