WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />19 <br /> <br />o Perform up to five site visits to complete structural observations during the site <br />preparation package construction period. Each site visit will include development of a <br />report. <br />o Generate record drawings based on contractor redlines following completion of the site <br />preparation package. <br />o Participate in up to three coordination meetings with the City, Contractor, and design <br />team. <br /> Headworks Preliminary Design <br />o Complete structural analysis and design for the headworks building and supporting <br />structures commensurate with the project phase. <br />o Generate structural drawings, up to 30 sheets, and specifications for inclusion with the <br />preliminary design submittal. <br /> Headworks Intermediate Design <br />o Complete structural analysis and design for the headworks building and supporting <br />structures commensurate with the intermediate design phase. <br />o Generate structural drawings, up to 50 sheets, and specifications for inclusion with the <br />intermediate design submittal. <br /> Headworks Final Design <br />o Complete structural analysis and design for the headworks building and supporting <br />structures commensurate with the final design phase. <br />o Generate structural drawings, up to 70 sheets, and specifications for inclusion with the <br />intermediate design submittal. It is assumed that these deliverables will serve as the <br />basis for developing the GC/CM GMP. <br /> Headworks Bid Documents <br />o <br />o Finalize structural drawings, up to 70 sheets, and specifications for inclusion with the <br />headworks bid package. <br />o Provide an engineering seal and signature for the bid documents. Seal will be provided <br />by a Structural Engineer Licensed in the State of Washington. <br /> Services During Bidding and Conformed Documents <br />o Assist in responding to bidder questions. This task assumes up to forty (40) hours of <br />time are allocated to this work. <br />o Update the bid documents to include addenda items for issuance as a set of conformed <br />documents. <br />o Generate conformed drawings and specifications, incorporating addenda from bidding <br />period. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> This work does not include condition assessment or retrofitting the existing headworks <br />structure. <br /> Initial conceptual level drawings developed during the alternatives analysis and basis of <br />design phases will be created using PDF editing software such as Bluebeam Studio. <br /> Design drawings will be developed in 3D BIM software in accordance with City and BC design <br />standards. Drawings will be delivered in 2D format.
