WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />25 <br /> <br />project goals, enhances design feasibility, and informs strategic decision-making throughout the <br />planning and early design phases of this project. <br />Activities/Approach <br /> Support Phase 400, Task 404, including attending the two delivery evaluation workshops <br />and reviewing the Project Delivery Evaluation TM. <br /> Attend bi-weekly coordination meetings with project geotechnical engineers. <br /> Review geotechnical documentation, including the geotechnical data report and <br />geotechnical engineering report. The review will focus on topics of construction related risk, <br />including groundwater, excavations, shoring techniques, and ground improvements. <br /> Review and comment on CPARB application materials. <br /> Provide input on concept development and constructability on the following alternatives: <br />o Continuity of operations <br />o Number of structures and locations <br />o Bypass improvements <br />o Odor control <br />o Structural and seismic design <br /> Provide a constructability review of the draft Alternatives Analysis Report. <br /> Provide a constructability review of the draft BODR. <br /> Provide as needed support during preliminary design prior to GC/CM onboarding. <br /> Provide a constructability review of the preliminary design drawings and specifications. <br /> Contract setup, administration, and subconsultant project management. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Workshops will be 1 hour in duration, unless otherwise noted in Phase 400, Task 403. <br /> The preliminary geotechnical engineering report may not be available until after <br />development of the BODR. <br /> Geotechnical coordination meetings will occur bi-weekly for a 12-week duration. <br /> Document review comments will be delivered in Excel format. <br /> No site visits will be conducted as part of this task. <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Facilitate information requests from KBA as required to complete constructability reviews. <br />Meetings <br /> Up to two 1-hour project delivery evaluation workshops <br /> Up to six 1-hour alternatives analysis workshops <br />Work Products <br /> Meeting notes and action items from workshops and coordination meetings <br /> Input on CPARB application materials <br />Deliverables <br /> Written review comments and constructability recommendations on the following <br />documents:
