WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />28 <br /> <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Attend coordination meetings <br />Meetings <br /> Two 1-hour pre-site work coordination meetings <br />Deliverables <br /> Laboratory analysis report <br /> All raw data in spreadsheet format <br />Task 380 BC Subconsultant Support <br />Objective: Coordinate subconsultant services (except Geotech sub under Task 390) throughout the <br />project basis of design phase. <br />Activities/Approach <br /> Manage services of subconsultants needed to inform predesign activities, including <br />contracting and billing. <br /> Maintain ongoing communications with the subconsultants and monitor subconsultant <br />progress related to technical execution. <br /> Review subconsultant work to provide coordination with overall project goals, standards, <br />guidelines, and deliverables. <br /> Coordinate subconsultant workshop material development. <br /> Coordinate subconsultant site visits and attend site visits to support subconsultant activities. <br /> Coordinate BC and City review of subconsultant work products. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> BC site visit attendance will be completed under Phase 100, Task 120. <br /> Subconsultant support services assume a two year design duration. <br />City Responsibilities <br /> Support subconsultant site visits as needed. <br />Meetings <br /> BC will conduct regular coordination meetings with each subconsultant. <br />Work Products <br /> Meeting notes summarizing key decisions and action items <br /> Review and comment on subconsultant work products <br /> Monthly subconsultant invoices incorporated into overall project invoices and progress <br />reports <br />Deliverables <br /> None <br />Task 390 Geotech Sub Support <br />Objective: This task provides coordination and technical support services between the BC design <br />team and the geotechnical engineering subconsultant. The objective of this task is to align <br />geotechnical investigations and deliverables with project requirements, timelines, and design
