The engineering team will refine and add project definition to design criteria for the
headworks facilities, including process equipment sizing, development of the hydraulic profile, and
continued vendor outreach and coordination started during the alternatives analysis phase. With the
conceptual design established, the BODR will be drafted, documenting this work for submittal to
Ecology to meet the requirements for an Engineering Report per Washington Administrative Code
(WAC) 173-240-060. The BODR will define the project design criteria for each discipline and outline
the criteria that will be used during the detailed design phase of the project.
Task 451 QAQC
Objective: Implement the QMP for review of project calculations and work products.
