WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />50 <br /> <br /> Prepare a Design Memorandum outlining any final design work required to advance the final <br />design to bid documents. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Final design documents will be provided to the GC/CM for development of the GMP. <br /> Cost estimates are prepared under Phase 350. <br />Meetings <br /> Site Preparation Package Workshop Final Design Review <br />Work Products <br /> Workshop notes and slides <br /> Documented responses to City and GC/CM preliminary design review comments <br />Deliverables <br /> Final design drawings and specifications <br /> Design memorandums <br />Task 503 Bid Documents and Services During Bidding <br />Activities/Approach: <br /> Update the site preparation package final design to a document set suitable for bidding by <br />addressing City and GC/CM final design review comments. <br /> Preparation of Bid Addenda to answer Bidder questions and provide edits, changes, or <br />clarifications to bid documents. <br /> contract documents incorporating addenda from the <br />bidding period. <br /> Respond to contractor RFIs during bidding period <br /> Attend pre-bid meeting <br /> Provide input to construction phase permits of a technical nature <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Bidder qualifications will be included in the bidding documents (i.e. no separate pre- <br />qualification step prior to formal bid period). <br /> Total of 30 bidder questions during bid period. <br /> Total of 5 addendum will be issued, consisting of drawing updates (noted with revision <br />clouds) and changes to the text on contents of the specifications. <br /> Total of 5 bid submissions. <br /> No hard copy prints are included as part of this scope. <br />Meetings <br /> None <br />Work Products <br /> Documented responses to City and GC/CM final design review comments. <br />Deliverables <br /> Bid document drawings and specifications
