The construction drawings should show all proposed work. All proposed work and <br /> work previously performed without permits should be shown as new construction. <br /> See Section R106.1.1 and additional comments below. Additional work to be <br /> shown includes but is not limited to: <br /> a. Framing plans for the new deck at the northwest corner of the building. <br /> Response: Please refer to sheet A2.1 for new deck framing plan at the <br /> northwest corner of the building. <br /> b. All new headers, including vertical support framing and foundations. Details <br /> through the floor construction to transfer concentrated loads should be <br /> included. <br /> Response: Please refer to structural response to the correction letter. <br /> c. Replacement and addition of all fixtures, including but not limited to the existing <br /> bathroom new bathroom, kitchen, and utility room. <br /> Response: Please refer to sheet A2.0 and Fixture Legend for new fixtures. <br />
