Add new Lump <br />Sum item No. 104 entitled “Lauren Connection Underground Conditions Impact” in the Lump <br />Sum amount of $57,038.87 resulting in an increase to the contract of $57,038.87. <br />Justification for creating New Item No. 104 <br />This item will be used to compensate the contractor for impacts due to unforeseen underground <br />conditions encountered while performing time and operational sensitive transmission line work. <br />New Item No. 105: Valve Leakage Impacts.
