Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />E. COMPENSATION <br />1. For services described in Section B, Items 1 through 5, Reid Middleton shall be compensated on a “time-plus- <br />expense” basis. We estimate the total fee to be $241,600. <br />2.For services described in Section B, Item 6, Reid Middleton shall be paid on a “time-plus- expense” basis in <br />accordance with provisions of the attached Exhibit “A,” Schedule of Charges Effective July 1, 2025, or on the basis of <br />such other mutually satisfactory arrangements as may be negotiated. <br />Contingency Fee (If Necessary): <br />Additional services that may be needed based upon any issues that surface as approved ONLY in writing by the <br />authorized City Representative. <br />Total Contingency Fee: $6,000 <br />Total Maximum Compensation: <br />Project Cost: $241,600 <br />Contingency Fee: $ 6,000 <br />$247,600 <br />F. REID MIDDLETON STAFF <br />Paul Crocker, P.E., S.E. will be the project manager primarily responsible for this project. However, other individuals <br />at Reid Middleton will work on aspects of your project as required.
