Parking:Off-street parking must be provided per the Chapter 34 of the City of Everett Zoning <br /> Code and the City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br /> 10. If proposing to divide the property,a land division application is required in order to divide the <br /> new building from the existing Achilles manufacturing buildings. If not proposing to divide the <br /> property, then additional landscaping improvements on the existing Achilles site would be <br /> triggered with this new building expansion if the value of the new construction occurring within <br /> a two-year period is equal to or greater than 35%of the assessed value of the existing <br /> structures per EMC 19.35.030.B. <br /> 16.
