Internal <br />i. Internal architectural modifications include all <br />architectural features needed for installation of the <br />proposed operations break room. This includes doors, <br />windows, insulation, drop ceiling, and cabinetry. <br />b) Building Mechanical and Plumbing <br />1. Building mechanical additions to the OMES include all <br />necessary HVAC equipment for conditioning the operations <br />break area. <br />2. Area 70 construction includes installation of potable water <br />and drain piping for service to the operations break area <br />facilities. <br />3) Electrical <br />a) Area 70 electrical work includes buildout of the electrical room <br />and maintenance area in a pre-existing area of the OMES <br />structure. Equipment that will be installed in these facilities <br />includes the following: <br />1. Area 46 pump variable frequency drives (3) <br />2. Area 60 pump variable frequency drives (5) <br />3. Switchboards <br />4. Motor-control center <br />5. PLC cabinets and equipment <br />6. Fire protection control cabinet and equipment <br />7. Diesel engine generator set <br />b) Of the equipment listed in this section, the Diesel engine <br />generator set will be pre-procured by the Owner prior to the start <br />of this contract. <br />c) Generator fuel polishing system provided by Cummins outside <br />of the pre-procured generator system. <br />4) Instrumentation and Controls <br />a) Fabrication, programming, testing, and installation of custom <br />control panels, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) <br />panel and Operator Interface Terminal (OIT). <br /> <br />14. SCADA HMI Programming and Integration: <br />a. Perform the SCADA HMI programming and integration to enable <br />remote control and monitoring of the site, including developing new <br />HMI screens for integration into the Owner’s three existing off-site <br />SCADA systems. <br /> <br />15. Off-site Lift Station 3 Programming Modifications <br />a. Perform PLC, OIT, and SCADA HMI programming modifications at <br />existing off-site Lift Station 3 site. <br />
