The Contractor shall comply with all conditions of each approval/permit as if <br />the conditions were detailed herein. <br />1. City of Everett Commercial Building Permit. The Owner will obtain a City <br />of Everett Commercial Building Permit for the Work associated with Area <br />70 construction. After the contract award the permit will be transferred to <br />the Contractor who will ultimately be responsible for managing and <br />complying with the permit requirements. <br />3. City of Everett Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Permits shall be <br />applied for separately by the Contractor performing the work. <br />4. A Washington State Department of Ecology Construction Stormwater <br />General Permit (CSGP). The Owner will prepare and acquire the permit. <br />After the contract award the permit will be transferred to the Contractor <br />who will ultimately be responsible for managing and complying with the <br />permit requirements. The permit is anticipated to be available for the <br />Contractor winter 2025. <br />D. Dewatering Discharge Approval Request: Due to the potential contaminated <br />soils on site, construction dewatering will not be allowed to run off the site. To <br />minimize generation of contaminated stormwater, ground disturbing activities <br />should be completed in dry weather to the extent feasible. For limitations on <br />discharge dewatering water capacity for each location, refer to specification <br />section 01 12 16. <br />1. Discharge groundwater to the City sanitary sewer system: The Contractor <br />is required to apply for Discharge Permit (Industrial Discharge Approval <br />Request Form). This permit is free of charge. <br />2. Discharge groundwater to the City Deep Water Outfall 100: Refer to <br />paragraph 1.5 C.4 above for permit and discharge requirements. <br />1.6 WORK BY OTHERS <br />A. The Contractor is required to coordinate all their activities with the Owner’s <br />Project Manager, or his/her designee. The Owner may have other <br />construction projects in progress adjacent to the PGSF site on Norton Ave. <br />during the duration of this project and it is the Contractor’s responsibility to <br />assure that adequate notice is given to the Owner’s Project Manager <br />regarding equipment or materials that may need to be relocated in order to <br />perform the work. <br />B. The Owner’s Security Contractor shall furnish and install site process and <br />security camera system, including cameras, mounting equipment, cabling, <br />and final conduit connections. Contractor shall provide conduit and raceway <br />to camera locations as indicated on the drawings.
