11 <br /> <br />Section 6: <br />All employees who are on unpaid-suspension or on unpaid leave shall not receive holiday pay or <br />vacation accrual as set forth in Sections 3 or 4 herein. <br /> <br />Section 7: <br />Any employee working on a holiday may elect to receive overtime hours credited to his/her <br />vacation accrual in place of the time-and-one-half normally paid for work performed, upon written <br />request prior to each holiday. <br />
