If converg- <br /> ing or branch soil or waste pipes are less than four (4) inches in <br /> diameter, the main soil,waste or vent pipe shall not be diminished <br /> but shall remain full size and shall be carried in a most direct line <br /> ten (10) inches or more above roof. The size of these branches must - <br /> be regulated according to number and kind of fixtures discharging <br /> therein as provided elsewhere in this ordinance,and in no case shall <br /> these branches be less than two (2) inches in diameter. Pipes through <br /> roofs when within fifteen (15) feet of any window or opening of main <br /> house or any adjoining house shall be carried up undiminished to at <br /> least two (2) feet above all openings. If necessary to extend vent <br /> stacks more than ten (10) feet above leanto the vent stacks shall be <br /> offsetted and run through the main roof.
