This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with fabrication, installation, maintaining and removal of the signs. <br /> Type II or Type III Barricade <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with furnishing, installation, maintaining and removal of the barricades. <br /> Clearing and Grubbing <br />Measurement and Payment: Square Yard (SY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with clearing and grubbing, except roadside clean-up. For this project clearing and grubbing <br />shall include tree removals and per section 2-01.3 in the WSDOT Standards Specifications and shall <br />not be paid per each. Removal of stumps and roots, including backfilling the void spaces is considered <br />incidental to Clearing and Grubbing and no separate payment will be made. Roadside clean-up shall <br />be considered incidental to the project work and no separate payment will be made. <br /> Protect Existing Tree <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit contract price shall be full payment for <br />all materials, labor and equipment to furnish, install, maintain, and remove and dispose of temporary <br />tree protection devices. Placement and removal of 10-inches of wood chip bedding over the roots as <br />described in this section. Payment for the silt fence for tree protection is in accordance with Section 8- <br />01.5.and will be paid for under a separate bid item. furnish, install, maintain, remove, and dispose of <br />the temporary tree protection devices. <br /> Remove, Salvage, and Deliver Conc. Barriers <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with removal, salvage and delivery of concrete jersey barriers to the site designated by the <br />City as indicated on the Plans and as described in 2-02 of the project special provisions. <br />Removal of structures and obstructions not specifically listed as a separate pay item is considered <br />incidental to the project and no additional payment will be made. <br /> Remove Existing Curb and Gutter <br />Measurement and Payment: Linear Foot (LF) <br />Measurement shall be per linear foot as measured along the curb face (LF) Measurements shall meet <br />the requirements of 1-09.1.
