City of Everett AM Program Phase 1 | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 4 <br />AM Program Ph1 <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 1-hour virtual workshop to revise and finalize AM Policy statement. The meeting will be <br />attended by two (2) BC Team members. <br />Work Products <br />• RFI <br />• Workshop agendas, presentation slides, and meeting minutes <br />• Final AM Policy statement suitable for Senior Management endorsement and inclusion in the <br />SAMP. <br />Task 202 – Levels of Service and Key Performance Indicators <br />Objective: Identify AM-specific Levels of Service (LOS) statements and associated Key Performance <br />Indicators (KPIs) for the City. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Define the City’s AM LOS related to service attributes such as quality, reliability, responsiveness, <br />sustainability, timeliness, accessibility, and cost. <br />• Develop KPIs for each LOS. <br />• Facilitate two (2) virtual workshops to collaboratively develop LOSs and KPIs for both linear and <br />vertical assets. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• LOS established through BC’s 2023 Staffing Evaluation and AM Program goals defined in the AM <br />Roadmap will serve as foundational inputs. <br />• AM LOS and KPIs will be defined for both vertical and linear assets. <br />• AM LOS and KPIs will be incorporated into the SAMP. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Coordinate participation of relevant stakeholders and AM Governance Teams in the workshops. <br />• Review and provide feedback on proposed LOS and KPIs. <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 2-hour virtual workshop to develop overarching vertical AM LOS and KPIs. <br />• One (1) 2-hour virtual workshop to develop overarching linear AM LOS and KPIs. <br />Work Products <br />• Workshop agendas, presentation slides, and meeting minutes. <br />• Summary table of LOS statements, associated KPIs, and their alignment with the City’s AM policy <br />and overall LOS framework. <br /> <br />Task 203 – Risk Framework <br />Objective: Develop a consistent framework for evaluating risk of failure across the City’s vertical and <br />linear assets, including development of the two main components - Likelihood of Failure (LoF) and <br />Consequence of Failure (CoF) <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Develop the City’s AM Risk Policy to define the City's approach to managing risk in alignment <br />with its AM goals and LOS expectations.
