City of Everett AM Program Phase 1 | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 8 <br />AM Program Ph1 <br />• Provide existing condition assessment methodology for vertical and linear assets <br />• Review condition assessment components for the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, <br />and structural assets <br />• An inventory of pipe materials used in the collection and distribution systems will be provided, <br />organized by pipe type, diameter, and associated system (e.g., water, wastewater, stormwater). <br />• Participate in all condition assessment workshops. <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 2-hour in-person workshop to develop vertical mechanical condition assessment criteria. <br />The meeting will be attended by three (3) Team members. <br />• One (1) 2-hour in-person workshop to develop vertical electrical/I&C condition assessment <br />criteria. The meeting will be attended by three (3) Team members. <br />• One (1) 2-hour in-person workshop to develop vertical structural/civil condition assessment <br />criteria. The meeting will be attended by three (3) Team members. <br />• One (1) 2-hour in-person workshop to develop linear condition assessment criteria. The meeting <br />will be attended by three (3) Team members. <br />Work Products <br />• Workshop agendas, presentation slides, preliminary condition assessment tables, and meeting <br />minutes. <br />• Draft and final Condition Assessment criteria, factors, and weights (for inclusion into SAMP). <br /> <br />Task 207 – AM Tools and Systems Map <br />Objective: Develop a visual system map that illustrates the interactions between the City’s AM tools. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Conduct meeting to discuss how AM-related tools and systems interact and support AM <br />processes and initiatives. <br />• Develop a preliminary system map illustrating tool relationships and data flows. <br />• Facilitate a system mapping virtual workshop to review and refine the system map with City <br />stakeholders. <br />• Finalize the system map for inclusion in the SAMP. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• System tool information understood from AM Roadmap development and AM Program Quick <br />Wins will be used as a starting point for this task. <br />• The City has existing documentation or knowledge of its AM-related tools and systems to <br />supplement BC’s understanding of systems and tools. <br />• Final system map will be incorporated into the SAMP. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Provide additional information on AM-related tools and systems. <br />• Review the preliminary system mapping provided by BC. <br />• Participate in the system mapping workshop. <br />• Provide feedback and approve the final system map.
