City of Everett AM Program Phase 1 | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 9 <br />AM Program Ph1 <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 1-hour virtual meeting to discuss AM-related tools and systems mapping. The meeting <br />will be attended by two (2) Team members. <br />• One (1) 1-hour virtual workshop to review and refine AM systems mapping. The meeting will be <br />attended by two (2) Team members. <br />Work Products <br />• Workshop agendas, presentation slides, and meeting minutes <br />• Draft and Final system map illustrating AM tool relationships and data flows. <br /> <br />Task 208 – SAMP Development <br />Objective: Develop the SAMP to describe the drivers for AM and outline how the City will support and <br />implement the AM Program to achieve its mission, vision, and goals. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Compile and organize content from Tasks 201 - 207 into a cohesive SAMP document <br />• Draft the SAMP, incorporating previously developed components such as the AM Mission, Vision, <br />Goals, and Asset Data Framework <br />• Facilitate internal review of the Draft SAMP with City staff. <br />• Finalize the SAMP based on City’s feedback. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• The SAMP will include components developed through prior AM efforts, including: AM Mission, <br />Vision, Goals, and Asset Data Framework. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Review and provide comments on the Draft SAMP <br />• Approve the Final SAMP. <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 2-hour virtual meeting to review and discuss comments on the draft SAMP. <br />Work Products <br />• Draft and Final SAMP <br />Phase 300 – Information Systems and Data Management <br />Phase 300 includes continued support for the implementation of City’s Asset Data Framework, <br />additional analysis and refinement of pilot data collection efforts, and documenting information <br />system and data management workflows. <br />Task 301 – Information Systems Support <br />Objective: Support the implementation of the Asset Data Framework (developed as part of the AM <br />Program Quick Wins activities) and associated data within the City’s GIS and CMMS systems. <br />Activities/Approach: This task may include the following activities: <br />• Coordinate with City staff to continue to support the ongoing implementation of the Asset Data <br />Framework and asset inventory data in GIS and CMMS systems. <br />• Provide guidance and clarification on framework application and integration.
