City of Everett AM Program Phase 1 | Scope of Work <br />14 <br />AM Program Ph1 <br />City Responsibilities <br />•Provide feedback on AM Program Phase 1 outcomes and progression. <br />•Review and comment on the draft revised AM Adoption Plan. <br />•Approve the final revised AM Adoption Plan. <br />Meetings <br />•One (1) 2-hour virtual meeting to discuss updates to the AM Adoption Plan. The meeting will be <br />attended by two (2) BC Team members. <br />Work Products <br />•Draft Revised AM Adoption Plan <br />•Final Revised AM Adoption Plan <br />Task 502 – AMT Champions and Governance Support <br />Objective: Provide ongoing support for alternating monthly AMT Champions meetings and AMT <br />Governance meetings to promote program engagement and knowledge sharing. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />•Support drafting agendas for monthly AMT Champions and AMT Governance meetings. <br />•Support, as needed, developing meeting materials, including presentation slides. <br />•Support communicating AM Program progress to AMT Champions and Governance. <br />Task Assumptions <br />•Rotating 45-minute monthly meetings will continue throughout the duration of 2026 and 2027. <br />o Meetings will alternate between AMT Champions and AMT Governance meetings. <br />•Meeting content will align with current program activities and priorities. <br />City Responsibilities <br />•The City’s AM Program Manager will lead the scheduling, agenda development, and facilitation <br />of AMT Champions and Governance meetings. <br />Meetings <br />•Bi-monthly 45-minute virtual AMT Champions meetings. The meeting will be attended by two (2) <br />BC Team members. <br />•Bi-monthly 45-minute virtual AMT Governance meetings.
