City of Everett AM Program Phase 1 | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 15 <br />AM Program Ph1 <br />• Review the Asset Management Program Evaluation (AMPE) conducted as part of the AM <br />Roadmap development and update it to reflect progress made during Quick Wins and Phase 1 of <br />the AM Program. <br />• Facilitate a meeting to review AMPE progress. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• AMPE reassessment will occur after a minimum of 15 months of Phase 1 implementation. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Ensure participation of AM Program Manager in AMPE progress meeting. <br />Meetings <br />• One (1) 2-hr virtual meeting to review AMPE progress. The meeting will be attended by two (2) BC <br />Team members. <br />Work Products <br />• Update APME Table <br /> <br />Phase 600 – Operations and Maintenance <br />Phase 600 includes identifying and prioritizing gaps in operational procedures and maintenance job <br />plans for critical vertical and linear assets, formalizing CMMS work order prioritization, and <br />developing standardized workflows for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. <br />Task 601 – Operational Procedures <br />Objective: Identify missing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical vertical and linear <br />assets to support consistent and risk-informed operations. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Review list of existing operational SOPs for both vertical and linear assets. <br />• Use critical asset classes developed in Task 204 to identify missing operational SOPs for critical <br />asset classes. <br />• Develop a prioritized list of SOPs needed for critical assets that currently lack SOPs, based on <br />CoF scores (developed in Task 203). <br />• Conduct virtual workshops with staff from the WFP, WPCF, transmission and distribution, and <br />collection systems to review and validate SOP gaps. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• The City has draft SOPs available to support this assessment <br />• WFP O&M Gap Assessment finalized in January 2025 will be used as a starting point for the <br />WFP. <br />• BC will not edit existing or develop new SOPs. <br />• BC will not review the structure or content of existing SOPs; all received SOPs are assumed to be <br />complete. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Provide existing SOP documentation for WPCF, transmission and distribution, and collection <br />systems.
