The meeting <br />will be attended by three (3) BC Team members. <br />•One (1) 1-hour virtual meeting with WPCF staff to review SOP gaps for critical assets. The <br />meeting will be attended by three (3) BC Team members. <br />•One (1) 1-hour virtual meeting with distribution and collection system staff to review SOP gaps <br />for critical assets. The meeting will be attended by three (3) BC Team members. <br />Work Products <br />•List of critical vertical and linear assets classes without SOPs. <br />Task 602 – Maintenance Job Plans <br />Objective: Identify missing maintenance job plans for critical vertical and linear assets to support <br />consistent and risk-informed operations <br />Activities: <br />•Document list of existing maintenance job plans for both vertical and linear assets. <br />•Identify critical assets (based on definition developed in Task 204) that currently lack <br />maintenance job plans. <br />•Develop a prioritized list of job plans needed for critical assets without existing documentation. <br />•Review up to five (5) job plans each for critical vertical and linear assets to assess <br />completeness. <br />•Conduct virtual workshops with staff from the WFP, WPCF, transmission and distribution, and <br />collection systems to review and validate job plan gaps and completeness of existing job plans. <br />•Develop Maintenance Job Plan Review Memorandum summarizing findings. <br />Task Assumptions <br />•BC will not edit existing or develop new maintenance job plans. <br />•Existing job plan lists for vertical and linear assets exist and will be provided. <br />•A maximum of five (5) vertical and five (5) horizontal job plans will be reviewed and assessed for <br />completeness. <br />•If job plans do not exist, then BC will develop a recommended priority in which to develop job <br />plans. <br /> City Responsibilities <br />•Provide a list of existing job plans for the WFP, WPCF, transmission and distribution, and <br />collection systems. <br />•Provide actual job plans for the 10 plans BC requests to review. <br />•Ensure participation from WFP, WPCF, transmission and distribution, and collection systems <br />maintenance staff in SOP review workshops. <br />•Review and confirm the list of critical assets without job plans.
