The meeting will <br />be attended by three (3) BC Team members. <br />Work Products <br />•List of critical vertical and linear assets without maintenance job plans. <br />•Draft and final Maintenance Job Plan Review Memorandum <br />Task 603 – CMMS Work Order Prioritization <br />Objective: Formalize CMMS work order prioritization schema for vertical and linear assets. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />•Review existing work order prioritization schema for vertical and linear assets. <br />•Compare existing work order prioritization schema to industry best practices. <br />•Facilitate virtual meetings to review current work order prioritization schema for vertical and <br />linear assets and how it is implemented. <br />•Facilitate a virtual meeting to review recommended work order prioritization schema for vertical <br />and linear assets. <br />•Develop Work Order Prioritization TM summarizing recommended changes to the work order <br />prioritization schema. <br />Task Assumptions <br />•City has a work order prioritization schema for both vertical and linear assets <br />•City can provide description of the prioritization schema for both vertical and linear assets. <br />City Responsibilities <br />•Provide existing work order prioritization schema for both vertical and linear assets along with a <br />definition of each priority level. <br />•Ensure participation in the meeting to review how the prioritization schema is implemented. <br />•Review and approve recommended work order prioritization schema
