CITY OF EVERETT BID SET <br />EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 24-3201 <br /> <br />01 11 00 -2 SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> <br />1.05 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, Current Adopted Edition. <br /> All construction shall be in accordance with the International Mechanical Code, , Uniform Fire Code, and the <br />National Electrical Code, latest editions as adopted by the State. <br /> All construction shall be in accordance with the Washington State Energy Code, latest editions. <br /> All construction shall be in accordance with the Everett Municipal Code Title 16. Latest editions. <br /> All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications and Standard Plans, <br />latest edition. <br /> All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications, latest edition. <br /> All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified standards, such as <br />Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade association standard, or other similar standard, shall <br />comply with the requirements of the latest revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement thereto in <br />effect on the date of Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class or grade, or modified in such <br />references. All work shall conform to the standard referred to, except as modified in these specifications and <br />the drawings. <br />1.06 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES <br /> The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products under this Contract. <br /> The Contractor shall obtain and pay for use of additional storage for work areas needed for operations. <br />1.07 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> PRIOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: The Contractor shall report any discrepancies or omissions in the plans and/or <br />specifications to the Architect for a decision prior to the Bid Opening Date. <br /> RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS: Where there is conflict between the plans and the specifications in regard to <br />materials, equipment, sizes, numbers or locations, the Owner shall be the sole judge in resolving the conflict. <br />PRODUCTS (NOT USED) <br />EXECUTION (NOT USED) <br />END OF SECTION 01 11 00
