CITY OF EVERETT BID SET <br />EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 24-3201 <br /> <br />01 29 00 -2 PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br />the Contractor furnished Owner (a) a certificate of insurance extending Contractor's insurance <br />coverage for damage, fire, and theft to cover the full value of all materials stored, or in transit; (b) <br />Contractor furnishes to Owner certified lists of materials stored, bills of lading, invoices, and other <br />information as may be required. <br /> When Architect finds application properly completed and correct, it will sign and transmit all copies of <br />application for Payment to Owner for processing. <br /> If Architect or Owner find an application improperly or incorrectly executed, an annotated copy will be <br />returned for New Submittal. <br /> Only minor corrections are allowed on form with approval of Owner. <br />1.04 PROGRESS PAYMENTS AND PAYMENTS WITHHELD <br /> Owner shall make progress payments as stipulated in the General Conditions, Article 7. <br />1.05 FINAL PAYMENT <br /> Unless otherwise determined by the City, no application for final payment will be accepted for processing <br />until satisfactory completion of the following: <br /> Contractor's Certificate of Payment of Debts & Claims. <br /> Contractor's Certificate of Release of Liens. <br /> Punchlist items complete and accepted. <br /> Contract closeout document submittals received and accepted. <br /> Final Change Orders signed off. <br /> Affidavit of wages paid for general and all subcontractors and materialmen. <br /> Subcontractor releases. <br /> Required permits signed off. <br /> Submittal of as-builts. <br /> Submittal of O&M Manuals. <br /> Other requirements as specified in Section 01 77 00 Project Closeout Procedures. <br /> Provided that Contractor has completed or fulfilled all of its obligations under the contract, Owner shall make <br />final payment as provided in the Specification Section 00 72 00 (General Conditions), Article 7. <br />PRODUCTS (NOT USED) <br />EXECUTION (NOT USED) <br />END OF SECTION 01 29 00
