Section Includes: Administrative and procedural requirements for processing and submitting Schedule of <br />Values. <br />B. Related Requirements: <br />1. Division 00 - Conditions of the Contract for additional requirements relating to provisions of this <br />Section <br />2. Section 01 32 16 - Construction Progress Documentation <br />3. Section 26 01 00 - Electrical General Requirements <br />1.02 REFERENCES <br />1.03 SCHEDULE OF VALUES SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES <br />A. Submit a Schedule of Values for review by Architect and Owner within 14 days after Notice to Proceed and <br />no less than 30 days prior to submittal of first Application for Payment. <br />B. Submit updated Schedule of Values with each subsequent Application for Payment. <br />C. Submit revised Schedule of Values reflecting Owner accepted Change Orders and other Modifications to <br />Contract that affect Contract Sum or Contract Time. <br />D. Owner reserves right to reject Schedule of Values submittals that appear front loaded or do not reasonably <br />approximate anticipated cost of identified line items. <br />1.04 FORMAT <br />A. Forms: AIA Form G703 - Application and Certificate for Payment Continuation Sheet, electronic media <br />facsimile, or forms as accepted by Owner. <br />B. Format Size: 8-1/2 inch by 11 inch or 11 inch by 17 inch. <br />1.05 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Maintain Schedule of Values as basis for supporting Application for Payment amounts requested for each <br />progress payment.
